Procedure for Recruitment of Faculty

1. Advertising the posts in national/state level newspapers.
2. Appointment of Selection Committee by the college.
3. Composition of the Selection Committee as per University/NCMEI Case No. 331 of 2012.
4. Inviting applications from eligible candidates in response to the advertisement.
5. Scrutiny of applications as per AICTE, PCI, and Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) norms.
6. Conducting interviews by the duly constituted Selection Committee of SPPU.
7. Submitting the Selection Committee report to the University within 48 hours.
8. Final appointment and approval of selected candidates by SPPU.
