Rules and Regulations
Rules and regulations at our institute are designed to guide students in maintaining discipline and fostering mutual respect. These policies encourage students to respect themselves, others, and their environment. A positive approach to discipline is followed, with "calming down time" implemented when necessary.
- 📌 Students must strictly obey instructions issued by the Principal and teachers at all times.
- 📌 Students should carry their identity cards daily and produce them when asked by college authorities.
- 📌 Regular and punctual attendance in theory and practical classes is mandatory. Assignments must be submitted on time.
- 📌 100% attendance is expected. A maximum of 10% relaxation may be granted on valid grounds with prior Principal approval. Minimum 75% attendance in theory and practicals is mandatory to appear for exams.
- 📌 Students not maintaining 75% attendance in both theory and practicals separately will be detained from sessional and university exams.
- 📌 Attendance for all sessional exams conducted by the college is compulsory.
- 📌 Ragging in any form, on or off-campus, is strictly prohibited. Any student found involved will be expelled immediately.
- 📌 Internal evaluation performance can affect eligibility to appear for university exams.
- 📌 Students identified as weak in any subject may be required to complete extra assignments and show progress to meet academic standards.
